Project scope
Rinkflow is a complete product ecosystem, built from scratch and shipped to production in six months by a single engineer.
Mobile apps (iOS + Android): Cross-platform React Native app with AI-powered practice plan generation, a curated drill library, drag-and-drop plan editing, and PDF export. Available on the App Store and Google Play.
Admin web app: Dashboard for minor hockey association leaders to manage seats, handle billing, and view usage stats.
Landing page: Marketing site for user acquisition, App Store conversion, and product information.
Plan sharing web app: A standalone web application that lets coaches share generated practice plans via link with assistants, parents, and other coaches.
Backend infrastructure: PostgreSQL database, RESTful API, Supabase edge functions, authentication, and subscription management.
AI integrations: Multiple AI provider integrations powering intelligent practice plan generation based on coach inputs, player age, skill level, and session goals.
This is the kind of project that a traditional agency would staff with 4–6 engineers, a designer, a PM, and a QA lead. It would take 12–18 months and cost $300K+. Saltr Labs shipped it in six months with one senior engineer and an agentic workflow.

The app works for coaches at all levels, from U7 youth teams through adult leagues, with growing adoption across Canada.
How it works
Tell Rinkflow what you need: "60 minutes, U11, focus on passing and transitions." The AI delivers a complete practice plan with properly sequenced drills, coaching notes, and points of emphasis. Refine plans with natural language ("add more shooting drills") and share via link or PDF.
